We kindly request 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment , we have a 7 day cancellation policy due to busy clinic days. We reserve the right to keep the full amount if client doesn’t show up or not enough notice has been given . Any appointments cancelled before the 7 days deposit will be refunded in full . 

If you have to cancel due to covid issue , we require you to send us the email from track & trace . You’re appointment can be rescheduled. 

Botox treatment should be followed up free of charge up to 10 days after the first treatment. Any treatment for top up will be charged the usual price 

Please arrive on time if you are late more than 10 minutes your appointment may be cancelled.

Please note no children are permitted to the appointment.

Gift vouchers are non refundable and they can not be exchanged for cash 

Under no circumstances refund is issued after the treatment has been performed
